Unnecessary light change

Describe Issue: The westbound light on 64th Ave NE at 11pm (23:00) every evening was recently changed to a cycle of changing red, regardless of traffic turning left onto northbound deerfoot (of which there is very little at that time of night and it changes red for westbound 64th ave regardless if there is a vehicle turning left or not). It worked just fine having both directions solid green at that time of day - please consider changing it back to the solid green both ways so those of us commuting this route 5 days a week can keep moving. Please note the picture shows a green light but I missed the red, and the image contains gps data.
