Access calgary transits not able to pull out of the cul de sac
Issue: Road Plowing/Clearing request - hazardous/emerg
Specific location details: The slope and the cul de sac won't let the vehicle pull out. Its a building for the people who are in the wheel chair and have hard time when the transit or the other vehicle not able to access people
