Sidewalk or Curb - Repair at 3912 1 A St SW

Specific Details: A new sidewalk is being constructed here and I am concerned that a curb cut/pedestrian ramp is not being built at the corner. Also, would be ideal if a bump out was included in this construction piece to help with traffic calming on the ridge, etc.
