Spring On-Street Bike Lane Cleaning at 4798 Elgin Av SE

There was a crash in front of my house and the people involved in the crash settled the money out on their own without reporting the crash to the police so that their insurance wouldn't raise, because the police were not there no one was able to clean the wreckage caused by the crash which is a hazard to everyone driving
