Snow On City-maintained Pathway or Sidewalk-WAM at 58 Tuscany Ravine Cl NW

Going to pick up my son from across the park tonight, to find that the snow removal operator drove down the pathway, and does not clear the snow while crossing. Reference service request 18-010058691. There is also tracks going through the park where he came back from clearing snow from the other side of the park. Photos if needed, can be provided. What's it going to take to clear 200 feet of pathway!!!!
