Please fix timing of signals at this intersection to better balance pedestrian needs with traffic flow. I've made this request multiple times and the concern remains unresolved.

Describe Issue: Signal timing is very poor for pedestrians crossing Dalhousie Drive. Wait times between pressing pedestrian walk button and signal change is excessive. This encourages frequent jaywalking, which then results in drivers along Dalhousie Drive having to wait at a red light long after pedestrians have gone.
