Insufficient visibility at ceosswalk

Details of request: A school opened across the field and many children cross at this intersection. It would be helpful to have a painted crosswalk on all sides of this intersection, which currently only has two sides painted. In addition, a lighted crosswalk marker should be placed at this busy intersection.
