Specific Details of issue: Feces everywhere. 30 plus huge mounds of dog shit.
Specific Location Details: Boulevard adjacent to the road. When they fill up the green space then they let their dog shit all over the green space near the long fence. The Cilty was informed of this multiple times. Had to send a crew to clean in front of Wentworth Manor.
