Snow On City-maintained Pathway or Sidewalk-WAM at 35 Douglasbank Gd SE

Walkway to Bow River Pathway not cleared of snow this year. This walkway has been cleared for the past few years and is used quite extensively by local residents including the seniors in the Village on the Green Condominium complex. Why not this year?
