Specific Details of issue: Some a$$hole neighbor dumped this shopping cart in my yard two weeks ago. Neighbors have pushed it around to a few yards where it ended up back behind my fence in the back alley. Walmart won't come get it (repeated calls to them) it's now over 2 wks
