Seriously, we've checked with the community association. This path belongs to the city and it heavily used by locals. City bylaws are that it should be cleaned however its never once been done! Its slippery and dangerous! PLEASE COME CLEAR THE SNOW AND ICE FROM IT. the other surrounding paths have been cleaned almost a half dozens times already!
