Left turn signal not working at all Long lineups
Concern: Left Arrow Timing

Describe Issue: Left turn signal not turning green at all??? Seems like this happens every weekend and residents have to wait for three to four lights to turn left. Why the left turn signal not be left alone or working for all time? Why does it have to different than any other time? This is a very busy left turn signal and is busy all the time.
