Most of the homeowners are doing what they need to be doing and that's clearing the curb gutter and catch basin. The piles of snow at the end of the driveway won't help the caller issue. Snow or ice that is inside the catch basin is not a Roads Maintenance issue. Please contact water services to address this concern. |
