Snow On City-maintained Pathway or Sidewalk-WAM at 2904 Lancaster Way SW

The snow from the street was piled along the sidewalk and it?s biw turning into an icy/snowy/gravelly mess. It appears the City has tried to create a second snow sidewalk to combat this, but as someone who is pregnant and pushing a stroller, neither is an appropriate path to navigate. I would take an alternate route, however neighbours have also not been great about clearing walks on my way to the elementary school and I have to physically lift my stroller over their properties as well.
