Too much ice and snow in backlane
Issue: Road Plowing/Clearing request - hazardous/emerg
Specific location details: Backlane behind 4318 Elgin Ave has too much ice and snow buildup to drain properly. So it floods my garage. My garage door is totally frozen shut. I cannot open it. Your app only allows one picture to be uploaded, so here's another. Call me anytime.
