Still Snow and Ice in backlane. Have not had a reply yet.
Issue: Road Plowing/Clearing request - hazardous/emerg
Specific location details: Hello. It's been a few days, and a few 311 requests, and I have still received no reply. I still have 8" of ice blocking the water from the backlane. It is a paved lane, so it SHOULD BE PLOWED! Where the hell are my taxes going? Call me anytime.
