Ice in backlane. Reply already!

Issue: Road Plowing/Clearing request - hazardous/emerg

Specific location details: Since no one has replied yet after 4 days, here is another update. My 4x4 truck is stuck blocking the entire backlane because of the ice. I am on call for Enmax. If the power goes out, response time will not be quick. Can someone answer me already?
