Fire Hydrant Concerns at 133 Signature Pt SW

Large mounds of Feces surrounding fire Hydrant are STILL there. NOT resolved. Not Cool to expect our Calgary Firefighters to slip on this mess (poop) if they need to access the hydrant. Want the dog owner fined & charged with a clean up fee. Want City Roads to come clean this now. Initially reported over 1 year ago and it has only gotten worse. Bylaw is aware. Results Nill.
