Fire Hydrant Concerns at 133 Signature Pt SW

Huge mounds of feces (dog poop) all around the fire hydrant. Concern has been reported for over a year. To date absolutely NOTHING has been done about it. 311 do you have to step in poop before you can do your job? If no then send a clean up crew.
