Mattresses and wood pallets throw on the back alley, they are getting wet and attracts rodents

Specific Details of issue: Somebody is throwing furniture and garbage to my side of the fence and the person even put garbage inside of my bins, I have reported it before, I do not want rodents around, I have young kids, I just got a security camera to catch the person

Specific Location Details: On the back lane the biggest mattress standing on my fence and the pallets and smaller mattress are in the open bin storage of my fence
