Hi! Next to our fence there is a small city retaining wall along a city path (city uses it as a roadway for lawnmowers) and the top log/board has rotted and come off. Someone moved it to lay next to our fence. Im not sure if this is the right place to report this but if I have the wrong contact I?m hoping you can point me in the right direction.
