Sign on Street, Lane, Sidewalk - Request for New at 79 Chapala Sq SE

Issue: Permanent Sign (Add or Modify)
Details of request: Trucks park in this area for weeks at a time on Chapala Square S.E.and the people that own the trucks and cars do not live here. We had our street cleaned and they did not even move them. We need a sign for limited parking maybes 4 hours. Unable to get to the mail box because of vehicles parked in front of it. I have lived here 15 years a nothing is being done. Please hello
