Someone has broken a number of young poplar trees by snapping the leading branch. Perhaps some signage is necessary to talk about revegetating the riparian area post-flood.
Issue: Vandalism
Location Details (Landmarks): Trees are just north of Scollen Bridge on the east side of the Elbow river.
