Traffic Signal Timing Inquiry at 1995 16 Av NE
Eastbound lights in the intersection. The left-hand turn go away go onto 19th St., Northeast

Describe Issue: Essentially it seems that cars are being backed up because of a timing issue. I don't know if this is a regular occurrence. Right now it is 4 PM and I've had to wait several light signals in order to make the left-hand turn. The lien has been causing obstruction's to the other eastbound lanes because it hasn't been clearing
