Skyview circle NE and country hills Blvd traffic light is NOT WORKING. Skyview circle ne stuck on RED for hours and country hills blvd stuck on green for past few hours May 9 since 7am. This is very backed up and dangerous please fix. The cars are stuck and can't go anywhere
