A portion of the sidewalk in front of our house is sinking, leaving a 1" rise to the rest of the sidewalk.

Specific Details: A portion of the sidewalk in front of our house was replaced by the City following sewer line work. That sidewalk is sinking, leaving a 1" rise to the rest of the sidewalk. We have noticed pedestrians tripping on the edge.
