Tree Maintenance - City Owned-WAM at 3217 4 A St NW

Both elm trees have scale. Would like them injected with insecticide per YYC Elm Trees program. We have been battling scale for many years - black sticky mould. Almost lost the west tree, city did something but scale still evident. Dewy spray and black mould is nasty to contend with
