Traffic Signal Timing Inquiry at 570 Riverfront Ln SE
Lights from East Village connector onto 5 Ave eastbound only flash green for less than 10 seconds. Only 2-3 cars can go before yellow

Describe Issue: Lights only flash green for about 8 seconds. Typically only 2 - 3 cars can get through before yellow. Need green longer. All times of day. Also vehicles on 3 st se northbound turning onto 5 Ave eastbound are still running no turn light when connector has green. Need better signage and enforcement. I've nearly been t boned three times
