Describe Issue: There is construction in the northbound left lane just passed country Hills Boulevard. It does not appear set the timing has been modified to accommodate restricted traffic flow. Cars often have to sit through at least two traffic light cycles before getting through the intersection. Please increase the length of time the northbound light is green during construction.
