Specific details of the issue: Potholes in alley at 4627 - 17th Ave NW. Alley between 16th Ave NW & 17th Ave NW. Both the north-south alley and the east-west alley. Needs gravel and grading. Was not done in 2018 due to construction vehicles blocking the alley.
