You had a sweeper by today, and he was coming down 7 street drove across sifton and flipped a u turn. Unfortunately he went 3' onto the grass Blvd and left huge ruts and ripped up the sod. He obviously. Knew he had done it, based on how the machine bucked going over the curb. I assume that is something the city will repair?
