Describe Issue: Left turn signal to merge onto the ramp for northbound crowchild via 50th ave SW/Mount Royal Gate rarely occurs. This would be a perfectly safe place to have the turn light be green so you could turn left when there is no oncoming traffic westbound on 50th avenue. The westbound lane light is very long and the northbound travelers rarely get the chance to turn despite there being no opposing traffic - you just sit forever on the bridge with no traffic at all waiting for the left turn signal. This occurs at all times of the day and is incredibly frustrating.
