I want to make several complaints about the parking lot at the Marda Loop Community Center parking lot. We have a bus stop on the other side of the parking lot and increasingly have seen it in disarray. - The Diabetes donation bin is not well taking care of. It is often overflowing and there are too many homeless people going into the bin and opening bags and leaving the garbage on the ground. I have attached a picture. I have also hear another parent say that they saw someone in the bin. I think Vancouver has outlawed the bins due to accidental entrapment deaths. - The blue city of calgary recycling bin is too close to the pool fence. I worry that it will make trespassing into the pool too easy. This is a drowning accident waiting to happen as the pool is now full. - We would love to use the basketball next in the parking lot but the proximity to the garbage makes it undesirable.
