2 inch asphalt to bridge deck 'curb' suggest smithed asphalt approach both ends of bridge deck. Short term fix: pack in 1 foot approach of cold patch. Photo shows curb head on. Currently cyclists hop the curb or risk damage to bike or a 'pinch' flat tire.
