Rocks and dirt eroded from the ally accumulated in the way that takes to the side walk made it impossible for baby strollers and handicap scooters to pass through. City crew was in my place June 28 and partially cleaned the huge mess. This is an on going problem that happens every time it rains. But this pile has almost blocked the sewer drain. This mess is in my garage entrance as well. I managed to clean the side walk.
