Finish wetland bridge.

Describe the concern. This bridge has been under actual constructions for over 7 months. There has been no activity to finish the approach ramps on both ends for two months. Could this bridge be completed so the residents can finally use this, safely. It appears that the contractor has taken most of their equipment and trailers away but left a mess. Thanks.
