They been notified of this concern. >>>>> There is a foundation for a light standard. Currently there is a pup piece in place ready to receive a utility pole. This foundation is blocking the sidewalk, and forces sidewalk traffic on to busy southbound access into heritage Park off of 14th St., Southwest.

Specific details of problem: There is a design flaw in that a foundation has been placed in the middle of the sidewalk for an upcoming utility pole. Please rectify this problem so person is using the sidewalk are not forced onto the road.
