Mowing on the Boulevard 60+ km/h at Spruce Dr SW Southwest Calgary Calgary

The grass along Spruce Drive and the weeding is left far too long between mowings. And when the cutting is done there is a huge mess. The weeds in the newly planted tree beds are over a foot tall. If this was left unattended in a residential home, we would be fined. This needs to be addressed in a more timely fashion.
