Debris and junk on alley.
Type of Debris: Fridge or Freezer
Specific Details of issue: Some garbage was left behind by squatters but now people are dumping more stuff there like the fridge in the picture. There is also a vacuum that showed up a few days ago. There is a lot of kids in the neighborhood, hopefully none of them get into it
