I noticed the streetlight beside my house was damaged
Is damage due to a Collision? No
What is Streetlight lighting? Residential Roadway
Nature of Damage: Pole - Dented
Specific Damage Details: Large dent on pole. Appears to be from a vehicle. Not sure when it happened. SL base appears to have shifted as well. I have additional photos of the base and pole
Any other location details: SL base appears to have shifted as well
