Back lane is eroding during heavy rain event and material is washing off the end of the lane and into the river. Isn't a big issue currently but without remediation will turn into a bigger problem in the future.

Specific details of the issue: Water is spilling over the low point in the lane and down the escarpment of the river bank. It's washing material out with it and is starting a small mud slide during rain events. It's not a huge issue currently but without remediation efforts will turn into a larger issue and material will start releasing into the river.
