311 Response - Request has been forwarded to Calgary's Bylaw Services Department. Email address is password for follow up. >>>They are doing building Reno but the bin is overflowing and encroaches on the alley making it dangerous to pass. Further they do not clean up the materials that do not make it in the bin potentially there are nails and screws now in the alley. Perhaps they should put the bin on Westmount rd as they have the full area in front of the building
