Tree Maintenance - City Owned-WAM at 275 Chaparral Valley Way SE Chaparral

Two - and maybe three - trees just outside our property need replacing. The top half of them don't have leaves, not sure if they are diseased or dying. Ideally they could be replaced not just removed.
