Specific details of the issue: Appears that the laneway was recently "graded". But the gravel is so loose that the laneway is full of rutts and pooling points already. Also, the grading has left "humps" at the entries to garages. This laneway needs grading once or twice a year and the gravel is always being pushed by light rains to the sidewalk on the north end. The laneway should be placed to save taxpayer's monies from the constant frivolous maintenance that this laneway demands in its gravel state.
