Not sure what's happening with your mowing crew in Rotary Park but they are doing a terrible job. Mud clumps everywhere all over the pathways all over the grass. It's just a mess and they're not cleaning up all the loose grass over by this Emergency Operations Center either. Can you check with them and see if their equipments not working properly please. This is about the third mowing that they've done it's been a mess. Thank you
