Issue: Dusty

Specific details of the issue: Mud holes all summer. I live at 314 - 7 Ave NE. I have not parked in my garage most of the summer because the access to it is right where this water and mud is. Once thru this and there is a lot of mud tracked into the garage. This lane needs to be scarified and then gravel out down. Just putting gravel in the hole does not work because it just pops out with vehicle traffic.
