Pedestrian and Cycling Pathway - Repair at 3240 Elbow Dr SW

Please finish removing the bollard base as it is a hazard to pathway users. Preferably remove the whole thing rather than replace the unnecessary bollard at a high volume location with many turning movements. Thanks!
