Long forgotten utility structure into a manhole that obstructs everyone's path for the last month.
Nature of Concern: ONGCONCO
Type of Sidewalk: Concrete
Specific Details: For how many additional months will this structure continue blocking citizens' paths? It's bad enough that the sidewalk is impeded with tree grills that are not properly maintained, then this?
Specific Location: 5st SW (east side), between 6ave SW and 5ave SW.
