Snow On City-maintained Pathway or Sidewalk-WAM at 1044 Trafford Dr NW

Safety concern, I fell on this last night!!! City contractor not clearing the snow off the pathway. Some spots are drifted over 16 inches thick with tractor marks through it so they know about it yet haven't done anything about it. This is a blatant example of neglect and should not be passed off as invoice-able work especially since I could do a better job. Water runs should be graveled so at night when they freeze they aren't dangerous.
