The description would not allow for green space but that is where this pipe is that is missing a cover and has a rod sticking out of it. Could be vary hazardous because of location in a regional park
Specific location details: Located at South Glenmore park (water park). It is just south of the parking lot near the chain on the post and cable. Left cone to identify hazard.
